Commissioning Service

We can carry out commissioning of Commercial Boilers/Burners, Water Heaters/Cylinders, Pressurisation Units, Expansion Vessels, Boiler Controls, and provide a full report with combustion analysis data. We have fixed prices for most appliances.

Breakdown

Breakdown / fault finding and repair of most makes of commercial appliances. Breakdowns will be calculated on an hourly basis. Please contact us for the current rate.

Servicing

Don't leave it until your appliance breaks down just before the heating season! Let us carry out an annual service for you. A serviced appliance is a safe one, and could save you money on your gas bill. Servicing is carried out on a fixed tariff. Please contact us for a quotation. Any parts required, and the labour charges associated will be additional.

RPZ Valves

The annual verification of all RPZ backflow prevention devices is a requirement of the Water Regulations. We can provide certificates for you, and copies for you to forward to your Water Authority. WRAS approved and registered.

Draughting Service

We have the facility to produce professional drawings for Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Alarms, Security etc. In fact if you need a drawing for it, we can produce it! Using AutoCAD software, we can provide the drawings electronically or as paper copy as required.

Boiler changes

When your boiler comes to the end of its viable working life, we can help. In association with or recommended partners we can help with single boiler changes to complete plant room referbishment.
